DolceVita Discoveries operates from Italy and may act as booking support provider, reseller, marketplace interface, or technology/distribution platform depending on the product.
Unless the product page says otherwise, the experience is delivered by an independent supplier, official venue, licensed guide, or authorized distribution channel.

The experiences shown on the platform are selected listings and do not reflect every experience available in a destination.
DolceVita Discoveries does not automatically operate the experiences listed on the platform. The product page explains the relevant provider and conditions.
Prices may include ticket cost, supplier cost, platform/service fee, distribution cost, payment processing cost, and booking support. Where a supplier commission applies, it supports:

We use automated systems to organize how Experiences appear on DolceVitaDiscoveries.

Some Experiences may be labeled "Promoted." This means the Supplier has chosen enhanced visibility in exchange for a higher commission or promotional placement. Promoted Experiences are still shown only when relevant to your search or the page you are viewing.
Who can review: Only customers who booked through DolceVitaDiscoveries can submit a review.
Review Moderation: All reviews go through automated and manual moderation checks to verify:
Reviews that fail to meet our publication standards may be rejected or removed.
Review Management: Your review will remain published unless you request removal or our moderation team determines it violates our rules.
Prohibited Practices: Reviews submitted in exchange for money, gifts, discounts, or special treatment are strictly prohibited and will be removed. Suppliers may encourage guests to leave honest feedback but may not offer incentives in return.
Editing: Once submitted, reviews cannot be edited.
Supplier Communication: Suppliers may contact customers through our internal messaging system to thank them or resolve service issues. They may not pressure customers to remove reviews or engage in harassment.
