Clear rules for tickets, payments, cancellations, suppliers, venue conditions, and support on DolceVita Discoveries.
DolceVita Discoveries provides a digital booking interface, booking support, resale/distribution services, and marketplace tools for selected travel products. Depending on the product, DolceVita Discoveries may act as a reseller, booking support provider, marketplace facilitator, or technology/distribution platform.
Unless a product page clearly states that DolceVita Discoveries directly provides a service, experiences are operated by independent providers, official venues, licensed guides, or authorized suppliers. The product page shows the relevant inclusions and conditions.
Bookings are subject to official venue availability and supplier confirmation. Some products provide booking confirmation after checkout, while official tickets or final vouchers may be delivered later according to the timing shown on the product page. Entry times may occasionally differ from the requested time if the official venue allocates a different available slot.
Customers must provide accurate names, contact details, and any required participant information. For attractions requiring ID checks, customers must bring valid photo ID or passport matching the names on the tickets. Late arrivals, missing ID, security delays, dress-code issues, or failure to follow venue rules may result in refused entry without refund.
Prices may include ticket cost, supplier cost, platform/service fee, distribution cost, payment processing cost, and booking support. All final prices are shown before checkout.
Cancellation and refund terms are shown on each product page. Some tickets and time-slot reservations are non-refundable once confirmed or issued by the official venue or supplier.
Requested changes are subject to availability and supplier or venue rules. DolceVita Discoveries will assist where possible but cannot guarantee changes after confirmation.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. DolceVita Discoveries does not store full card details.
DolceVita Discoveries is responsible for the digital booking and support services it provides. It is not responsible for venue closures, security checks, strikes, weather, late arrivals, supplier actions, official venue decisions, or force majeure events outside its control.
