These terms govern your use of the DolceVita Discoveries digital marketplace and any bookings made through it.
DolceVita Discoveries provides a digital marketplace and booking interface that connects users with independent third-party providers. We do not provide tourist services, organize activities, or supply guides. Providers are solely responsible for delivering the services described in their listings.
Dolcevita Discoveries operates exclusively as a digital platform and technology service provider, offering booking, distribution, and data management tools.
The Supplier remains the sole operator and provider of the listed experiences and is fully responsible for service delivery, compliance with applicable laws and licenses, pricing, availability, and customer experience.
Dolcevita Discoveries does not act as a tour operator, travel agency, or experience provider and does not assume responsibility for the execution of services offered by the Supplier.
The Supplier authorizes Dolcevita Discoveries to distribute products through its digital platform and integrated third-party distribution channels, including API-based marketplaces, for the sole purpose of facilitating bookings.
Any fees charged by Dolcevita Discoveries relate exclusively to digital platform usage, technology services, and distribution support.
Listings, availability, schedules, and policies are supplied by independent providers. We display provider information as received and do not warrant the accuracy of third-party content.
When you place a booking, a contract is formed between you and the independent provider. The marketplace facilitates the transaction and issues a confirmation. Provider tickets or vouchers may be delivered digitally through your account.
Prices are set by providers and shown before checkout. If a service fee applies, it will be disclosed clearly at checkout as a Platform service fee.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the independent provider and displayed on each listing. Any approved refund is processed according to the provider’s policy and applicable law.
Users must follow venue rules and provider instructions, including safety requirements and entry conditions. Late arrivals and no-shows may be non-refundable under the provider’s policy.
DolceVita Discoveries is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers, venues, or third parties. Our liability is limited to the marketplace services we provide and, to the extent permitted by law, excludes indirect or consequential damages.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card data. Charges may include provider amounts and any disclosed Platform service fee.
