Each product page shows the relevant cancellation and refund terms. Some tickets and time-slot reservations are non-refundable once confirmed or issued by the official venue or supplier.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method by the payment processor. Timing depends on supplier or venue confirmation and card issuer timelines.
If a service fee applies, it will be disclosed as a Platform service fee at checkout. Any refund treatment of the Platform service fee is stated on the listing or required by law.
Events such as closures, strikes, weather, security restrictions, or official venue decisions may affect availability. Remedies follow the product terms, supplier rules, venue rules, and applicable law.
