Each experience is offered by an independent provider that sets its own cancellation and refund rules. DolceVita Discoveries does not override provider policies.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method by the payment processor. Timing depends on the provider decision and card issuer timelines.
If a service fee applies, it will be disclosed as a Platform service fee at checkout. Any refund treatment of the Platform service fee is stated on the listing or required by law.
Events such as closures, strikes, or security restrictions may affect availability. Providers determine remedies in accordance with their terms and applicable law.
