The Museum in the beautiful setting of Villa Borghese in Rome preserves sculptures, reliefs and ancient mosaics, and paintings and sculptures from the fifteenth to the eighteenth century. Don't miss this if you have the time but tickets sell out quickly. If you can't get one from the museum then get a tour from a third party operator. Galleria is small but the pieces are exquisite. The surrounding park you can rent some tandem bikes and ride around for an hour if you want to get here early.

AVOID HEADOUT TOURS AT ALL COSTS
★☆☆☆☆
AVOID HEADOUT TOURS - Headout’s Borghese Museum tour was a frustrating and poorly managed experience from start to finish. The booking process lacked transparency, with the tour subcontracted to a provider operating under two different names (Saints Tours and Tlight), creating confusion before the tour even began. On arrival, there was no clear signage, or identifiable guide, and I only located the group by chance with minutes to spare. Customer support was ineffective—Headout incorrectly advised that I didn’t have a guided tour despite my booking, and four repeated promises of follow-up from their support centre never materialised. Attempts to contact the local operator were equally unhelpful, with only an Italian-language recorded message available. Overall, the experience was disorganised, stressful, and poorly handled, with little regard for customer service. Based on this, I would not book with Headout again. The guide inside museum was good but the stress/ frustration to find group wrecked the experience.

Bravo Galleria Borghese
★★★★☆
Though very small but has an excellent collection Admission fee was reasonable but English speaking guided tour groups can be made little more flexible. Audio Guide were not of much help . Time we were given is just a bit inadequate. They extended their best co operation for wheelchair assistance, though being an old building, genuinely had their limitations. But it was managed well.
